These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the berpkr platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, payment services, and promotional offers available at berpkr.net. Please read this agreement carefully before registering or placing any wager.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and berpkr. By completing the registration process on berpkr.net, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent confirmation, or by placing any wager on the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms unconditionally.
Your continued use of the berpkr platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. berpkr will take reasonable steps to notify registered players of material changes via email or in-platform notification, but it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
If you are accessing the berpkr platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so at your own legal risk. berpkr does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where its services are expressly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the berpkr platform. This age restriction applies absolutely and without exception. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. berpkr will request documentary proof of age during the KYC process and may suspend or close any account where the Player cannot satisfy this requirement.
When registering a berpkr account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and a payment method registered in your own name. You agree to update your information promptly if any detail changes. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) berpkr account only. You may not open additional accounts using alternate email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods. Where berpkr identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts other than the first-registered may be closed, bonus balances forfeited, and any suspicious transactions referred for review.
berpkr operates a KYC verification programme in accordance with its international gaming license obligations. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued identity document (such as a CNIC), proof of address, and payment method ownership verification. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is satisfactorily completed. berpkr reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your berpkr username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. berpkr will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify berpkr support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
All berpkr accounts are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied to deposits or withdrawals. The PKR balance displayed in your account dashboard represents the exact amount available to you at all times.
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. berpkr reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its prevailing schedule. You will be notified by email before any such fee is applied. No fee will reduce a balance below zero.
You may request closure of your berpkr account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed, and any active bonus funds will be forfeited unless specifically waived by berpkr at its discretion. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately and will result in immediate suspension of access.
berpkr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods only: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, and UBL bank transfer. All payment methods used must be registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the reversal of funds and may trigger account review.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your berpkr account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via HBL or UBL may take one to three business hours depending on the sending bank's processing schedule. berpkr does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests from verified berpkr accounts are processed within one (1) to four (4) hours of submission, subject to KYC completion and fraud screening. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. berpkr reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits applicable to each payment method are displayed within your berpkr account dashboard at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted periodically and the current limits published in your account settings shall govern at the time of any transaction.
Anti-Money Laundering: berpkr operates AML procedures under its international gaming license. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence checks. Funds deposited to a berpkr account must originate from lawful sources. berpkr reserves the right to freeze an account and refer transactions to the relevant authorities where money laundering is suspected.
All casino games available on the berpkr platform — including slots, live dealer tables, Plinko, and Keno — are supplied by licensed third-party providers whose software uses independently certified random number generators (RNG). Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect the theoretical long-term expected return and do not guarantee returns on any individual session or wager.
Cricket betting and all other sports betting markets offered on berpkr are subject to the specific Rules of Betting applicable to each sport and market type, which are published within the relevant betting interface. In the event of ambiguity or dispute regarding the outcome of any bet, the berpkr Rules of Betting shall be the definitive reference document and berpkr's decision shall be final.
berpkr reserves the right to declare any bet void where: (a) the bet was placed on a market affected by a technical error; (b) the odds or game parameters were manifestly incorrect at the time the bet was placed; (c) the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or significantly altered before settlement; or (d) there is evidence of collusion, match-fixing, or irregular market activity relating to the event.
Maximum single-event and single-session winnings limits may apply to certain games and betting markets. Where applicable, these limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market at the time of wagering. berpkr reserves the right to limit payout on any wager that would result in a payout exceeding published maximums, regardless of the stake placed.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by berpkr are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your berpkr account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets), and expiry period for each bonus are stated in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements before expiry will result in the forfeiture of remaining bonus funds.
berpkr actively monitors for bonus abuse. Patterns of play that indicate a Player is exploiting promotional offers — including but not limited to: low-risk wagering solely to satisfy wagering requirements, arbitrage strategies across promotions, coordinating with other Players to split bonus value, or creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
berpkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that modifications will not apply retrospectively to bonus funds already credited to a Player's account in good faith before the modification date.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the berpkr platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Where berpkr determines that a Player has engaged in prohibited conduct, it may immediately suspend or permanently close the account, withhold or void all balances pending investigation, and refer the matter to relevant legal authorities where appropriate.
All content on the berpkr platform — including but not limited to the berpkr brand name, logo, software, game assets, graphical interfaces, text, and marketing materials — is the property of berpkr or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the berpkr platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any berpkr content without prior written permission.

Upon termination for cause, berpkr may withhold account balances pending investigation and the outcome of any applicable legal proceedings. Where an account is closed without cause at berpkr's initiative, any verified cash balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under berpkr's international gaming license jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the berpkr platform, you agree to first contact berpkr's support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution before initiating any formal proceedings.
berpkr aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 14 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through berpkr's internal complaints process, the matter may be referred to the independent dispute resolution service designated under berpkr's gaming license.
